How do I return something?

Please post products back within 14 days to: La Pampa Polo returns, 8 Nuffield Park, Oxford, OX4 6JS.

Along with your return, please enclose your proof of purchase, reason for return or exchange and your return address and contact details should this be different to the information on your proof of purchase. Where possible, please return your product in its original packaging.

How do I get a refund?

La Pampa Polo are only able to offer a full refund if the item is returned to us with the original packaging within 2 weeks of you receiving the item. If the time exceeds this, we can offer you a credit note.

Can I return a personalised product?

Our returns policy does not apply to personalised products, so please do double check all information is correct, errors in the personalisation details on your part will be your responsibility and the personalised product cannot be returned to La Pampa Polo for a refund. If personalised products are faulty, we will of course meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

Who pays the shipping cost on returns?

The customer will be required to pay for any returns.

What is the policy for defective/broken products?

In the highly unlikely event of a problem, please contact us for more information and to arrange repair if under 12 months old.

What if I buy the wrong size? Can I exchange the item?

Of course, please don’t worry, just send the item back to us in its unused condition as well as a cover note, and a return address and we will exchange for another size/design as required.

If you are looking to exchange an item that has been personalised, please send it back to us enclosed with a cheque for £20.00 (payable to pampeano) so we may re-personalise that section, this payment can also be made over the phone with a member of customer services team who can be reached on 01865 773 320.

Can I exchange if buying as a gift?

Absolutely! If the item has been bought as a gift and it is the wrong size or the recipient would prefer a different design, provided that the product is in an unused condition just post it back to us with your name, address, telephone number and details of the item you would like to swap for.
